Dr. Ray A. Gapuz, a Filipino nurse, holds a doctorate degree in Science (honoris causa) and a doctorate degree in Entrepreneurial Management (honoris causa). He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Sto. Tomas for  his master's degree in nursing. He finished his bachelors degree in nursing in the same university, cum laude in 1992. He was a board topnotcher in the 1992 nurse licensure exam where he obtained a rating of 89.20

He is a recipient of the Entrepreneur 10 award in 2004 from Entreprenuer Magazine, Agora award (2005) from the Philippine Marketing Association, Mansmith and Fielders' Young Market Masters award (2006). He is also included in the book "50 Inspiring Entrepreneurial Stories" by GONEGOSYO (2007). In 2008, he was enlisted with Bill Gates and the worlds 1.4 million achievers in the silver edition of Marquis Who's Who in the World. He is also an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of year the awardee.
